Structural longevity
Every floor is built from the substrate up — flattened, decoupled, and reinforced so the finish you love at year one is the finish you have at year thirty.

Namman Flooring — New Jersey
Professional tile installation for renovations that last — waterproofed to the millimeter, set to the laser line.
Namman Flooring carries a multi-generational tile craft into New Jersey’s finest homes. We are specialists, not generalists: bathrooms and kitchens, tile and stone, done completely right or not at all. Behind every surface we set is an obsession with the things you’ll never see — flat substrates, sealed membranes, and layouts struck to the laser line.
Every floor is built from the substrate up — flattened, decoupled, and reinforced so the finish you love at year one is the finish you have at year thirty.
Full Schluter®-system envelopes behind every wet area. KERDI membranes, sealed seams, flood-tested pans — water goes down the drain and nowhere else.
Layouts are struck with laser levels and dialed to the millimeter. Grout lines run true across rooms, cuts land symmetrically, and lippage simply isn't tolerated.
“Tile is permanent. So are our standards.”
Serving discerning homeowners, architects, and builders across New Jersey — with workmanship built to outlast trends, and waterproofing built to outlast us.
Four disciplines, mastered — not forty, attempted. Hover to explore each one.
Curbless entries, linear drains, bench seating, and full-height slab or mosaic walls — engineered over complete Schluter® waterproofing envelopes and flood-tested before a single tile is set.
Gauged porcelain panels up to full-wall height, handled with vacuum rigs and set with hairline joints. Book-matched veining, mitered edges, and zero lippage across every plane.
Herringbone, chevron, zellige, and hand-cut mosaic work where the pattern math is done before the saw ever starts. Outlets centered, cuts mirrored, focal walls that read like art.
Schluter® DITRA-HEAT uncoupling membranes with embedded radiant cable — warm porcelain underfoot in January, programmable by zone, protected against cracking for the life of the floor.

The things every homeowner wants to know — answered straight, the same way we’d answer them on the phone.
Either works. Most clients choose and purchase their own tile so they get exactly the look they want — and we're glad to guide the selection, confirm the tile suits the space, and calculate quantities with the right overage so you don't over- or under-buy. Everything behind the tile is on us: waterproofing membranes, mortars, leveling systems, grout, and trim are all professional-grade materials we supply and stand behind.
For a standard bathroom, plan on one to two weeks of tile work — that covers substrate prep, full waterproofing, setting, grouting, and sealing, with proper cure times respected in between. Larger formats, intricate patterns, or a full gut renovation add time. You'll get a written schedule before we start, and we keep you updated daily — no disappearing acts mid-project.
Porcelain is fired denser and harder, absorbs almost no water, and shrugs off dropped pans, chair legs, and heavy foot traffic — which is why we almost always recommend it for kitchen floors. Ceramic is lighter and easier to work, which makes it a great (and often more economical) choice for walls and backsplashes. Bring us the look you're after and we'll point you to the right material for where it's going.
Light foot traffic is fine about 24 hours after grouting. Give it 48–72 hours before sliding appliances or furniture back in, and give a newly tiled shower about a week to fully cure before regular use. Exact times depend on the products used for your project — we'll leave you clear, written guidance so nothing gets rushed and nothing gets ruined.
Yes — fully. Namman Flooring is a registered New Jersey home-improvement contractor and carries full liability insurance. Documentation comes with every quote, no need to ask twice.
Our specialty is complete bathroom and kitchen tile work, but we reserve room in the schedule for select repair and regrout projects — especially where water damage is involved and doing it right matters. Reach out with photos and we'll give you an honest answer either way.
No forms, no ticket queues. Reach the person who will actually set your tile — and get a craftsman’s honest read on scope, timeline, and budget within one business day.
